FREIGHT SAVINGS PLAN - DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

​

When an association is interested in developing a program, we employ the following steps of implementation.

​

• Program Manager – The initial step is to assign a dedicated program manager.

• Research – The second step is to survey a small sample of the membership for their need and interest in this type of program.

• Development – Once a need and interest have been established, we develop a specific package of carriers that is appropriate for the association/membership.

• Customization – Next, we develop the discount structure.

• Implementation of Plan – Once agreements have been reached, we develop our literature and marketing plan.

• Monitoring/Reporting – Provide regular participation and savings reports to the participating association.
